Every session is different because you are. I weave Integrated Energy Therapy with intuitive channeling to create a session designed specifically for you, meeting you energetically, somatically and at the soul level.
Together we access and release what's been keeping you stuck. The burnout, the overwhelm, the ancestral and energetic imprints running quietly in the background. The blocks between you and the life you know is possible.

Education and Training
Before you can hold space for others, you have to do the work yourself. The difference between a good facilitator and a great one has very little to do with technique or how many trainings you've done- it comes down to how deep you've gone yourself.
My IET certification trainings and personal development courses are designed for the healer who feels the call and is ready to go all the way in- not just into the technique but into herself.
You'll leave with the tools and the foundation to hold space in a way that is grounded and deeply transformative.
Because the depth of your offerings are proportional to the depth of your own inner work. There's no shortcut around that.
