As the great-granddaughter of a Shaman and I spent over 30 years disconnected from the gifts I was born with.
I've always been a deep feeler, highly intuitive and was built for freedom, not structure. But for a long time I went against my own authority. I was building a career in fashion, chasing a dream that looked beautiful from the outside but deep down I was starving for depth.
Enter yoga.
What started as a physical practice became the doorway to my spiritual awakening and in 2011 it lead to my calling to teach.
Something shifted when I started teaching. I wasn't just cueing poses anymore, I was channeling something much bigger than myself. My classes became healing containers and for the first time I felt my purpose move through me.
That calling led me to Integrated Energy Therapy, where I now train other healers as a Master Teacher. From there I followed the thread into Akashic Records, Holographic Sound Healing, Breathwork and eventually Hypnotherapy. Each one called me deeper, not just into my practice but into my own awakening.
Today, I'm an alchemist and I channel light beings and multiple light languages. Every offering is woven from over 15 years of study, practice and lived experience. Whether you're ready to reset, remember your gifts or find clarity on your purpose, I have the tools to meet you there and help you become who you came here to be.
My work is for two kinds of women.
The female founder who's built something beautiful but feels energetically depleted and needs to recalibrate.
The next generation healer who knows she's here to serve and is ready to do the work that calling requires.

Education & Training
Before you can hold space for others, you have to do the work yourself. My IET certification trainings and personal development courses are designed for the next generation healer who's committed to both, her own healing and her calling to serve.
