As the great-granddaughter of a Shaman, I spent over 30 years disconnected from the gifts I was born with.
I've always been a deep feeler, highly intuitive and craved freedom over structure. But for a long time, I went against my own authority. I was building a career in fashion, chasing a dream that looked beautiful from the outside but deep down, I was starving for depth.
Enter yoga.
What started as a physical practice quickly became a doorway to my spiritual awakening and eventually led to my calling to teach.
But something shifted when I started teaching. I wasn't just cuing poses, I was channeling something much bigger than myself. My classes became deep healing containers and for the first time, I felt my purpose move through me.
That journey led me to Integrated Energy Therapy then Akashic Records, Holographic Sound, Breathwork and Somatic Healing. Each one called me deeper, not into my practice but myself.
Today, every offering is woven from those modalities, rooted in lived experience and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Because you are a multidimensional being. And your healing should be too.

Energy Healing
1:1 sessions that work at the cellular level to clear what's keeping you stuck, depleted and disconnected from your power. The body keeps the score- the stress, the conditioning, the patterns you’ve outgrown. I help you liberate it.
Education & Training
I offer both public events and one of a kind private experiences, breathwork and ritual ceremonies, wellness events, corporate experiences- each one held with intention to activate, recalibrate and bring you home to yourself.
Curated Experiences
Before you can hold space for others, you have to do the work yourself. My IET certification trainings and personal development courses are designed for the next generation healer who's committed to both, her own healing and her calling to serve.
